Position Summary

A Digital Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with clients, leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful marketing campaigns, and achieving targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as creative, strategy, and production, to ensure that client's needs and goals are met.
  • Prepare and present proposals, order forms, and reports to clients, and lead client meetings and presentations.
  • Keep ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to ensure that the client stays ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate with the digital team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Achieve targets by effectively managing client budgets and resources.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience as a Marketing Account Manager, or similar role in a marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data and metrics.
  • Experience in the related industry is a plus.

Qualifications

Physical Requirements:

  • May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
  • Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
  • May occasionally be required to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 15 pounds
  • Must be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment

Work Environment:

  • This is a hybrid role, requiring the associate to work in our Austin or Phoenix office 3 days per week.
  • The office is an open setting which may include bright lights, constant noises and distractions.
