Director IT - SAP Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced Director of IT – SAP Solution Architecture to lead enterprise SAP solution architecture and governance for a global Aerospace & Defense organization. This leader will define business capability architecture, establish the enterprise solution roadmaps and business transformation initiatives supporting complex aerospace programs, defense contracts, supply chain, finance, aftermarket services, and project-based operations.

The ideal candidate brings deep Aerospace & Defense industry expertise, strong understanding of the SAP ecosystem, and proven experience leading large-scale SAP transformations including SAP ECC or S/4HANA, complex integrations, and program execution across global organizations.

This role partners closely with business leaders, enterprise architects, PMO, functional teams, and digital leaders to enable scalable and compliant business capabilities and operational excellence.
