The Director of Clinical Support Services is a senior leader in Supply Chain Management Operations that leads and advances supply chain operations systems and processes in support of Mayo’s clinical practice and initiatives. This role exits at each of the regional destination medical sites to support and align supply chain strategy within the surgical and procedural teams, ensuring seamless, high-quality support for patient care delivery and optimize supply chain metrics/KPIs. The position serves as the site-based Supply Chain Leader and strategic partner to clinical and administrative leaders, fostering strong relationships through superb stakeholder engagement across perioperative and procedural environments to drive efficiency, innovation, and reliability in product availability and workflow optimization. This includes developing and participating in short-term tactics and long-range plans that result in optimal use of supplies and services as well as reducing the cost in delivering these goods and services. This leader will drive regional transformation, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and promote integrated, data-driven/quantitative decision-making while serving as the regional Supply Chain executive leader for the practice. The Director will measure the levels of internal customer satisfaction across these practices areas through surveys of internal customer satisfaction and design measure to improve internal customer satisfaction based on the findings.
