Schedule: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay Rate: $30-$35/hr DOE
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Position Type: Full Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct EHS audits, inspections, and safety management activities at customer sites to ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
  • Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions in partnership with supervisors and management.
  • Deliver EHS training sessions and presentations to employees and stakeholders to enhance safety awareness and reduce workplace risks.
  • Communicate EHS performance metrics, findings, and updates during regular customer meetings.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding safety‑related topics and expectations.
  • Prepare and present detailed safety reports and ensure proper handling of hazardous materials.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a safety role, Field Service Engineer or Equipment Technician capacity.
  • Associate's degree in electronics, engineering, or other related field of study preferred, or Military Equivalent.
  • Experience in manufacturing, lab, plant, or cleanroom environments, including work in pressure‑controlled facilities.
  • OSHA safety certifications and/or completed safety classes, including COHE/LOTO.
  • Proven ability to create, interpret, and present safety reports.
  • Experience working with or handling hazardous materials.

Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
