Industrial Power Solutions, a Sundt Company, is actively seeking motivated Electrician Helper to join our growing team. This is an outstanding opportunity for individuals with construction or electrical experience who are ready to build a long-term career in the electrical trade.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial electrical systems.

• Work alongside experienced Journeymen, Foremen, and Superintendents to safely complete electrical installations.

• Assist with conduit installation, wire pulls, equipment installation, and electrical terminations.

• Follow company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and applicable electrical codes.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Continuously develop electrical knowledge and practical field skills through hands-on training and mentorship.

• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

Minimum Job Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Previous construction experience is required.

• Electrical experience is preferred but not required.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Valid driver's license required.

• Ability to repeatedly lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

• Ability to perform overhead work for extended periods.

• Willingness to learn and develop a career in the electrical trade.

Physical Requirements

• Work up to 10- to 12-hour shifts in varying temperatures and outdoor conditions.

• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and perform physically demanding work throughout the day.

• Repeatedly lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Perform overhead work for extended periods.

• Move throughout active construction sites, including uneven and confined work areas.

• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment, including hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, high-visibility vest, and steel-toed boots.
