Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Emergency Services Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans.   • Provides comprehensive, safe, effective, evidence-based nursing care for adult patients in the mobile stroke program and acute care settings.
  • Organizes and prioritizes patient care activities to balance clinical needs with patient comfort.
  • Demonstrates ethical practice and assumes accountability for decisions, actions, and outcomes.
  • Serves as a patient advocate, delivering holistic, culturally sensitive care aligned with values, beliefs, and customs.
  • Recognizes, assesses, and responds promptly to changes in patient condition within established timeframes.
  • Communicates effectively (e.g., SBAR), performs thorough handoffs, collaborates across disciplines, and follows the chain of command.

Job Requirements

Required

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • One (1) year of nursing experience in anacute care facility
  • Registered Nurse: AZ license or compact state 
  • Basic Life Support - BLS (CPR) 
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 6 - months 
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support, within 6 - months

Preferred

  • Bachelors Of Science Nursing (BSN)
