Employer Branding Manager

As an Employer Branding Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in shaping our employer brand and attracting top talent to our organization. Your expertise in talent acquisition strategies will help us create a compelling narrative that resonates with potential candidates, ensuring that Honeywell remains a preferred employer in the Aerospace industry.

You will report directly to our Talent Acquisition Leader and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the organization by developing innovative branding strategies that enhance our visibility and appeal in the competitive talent market, ultimately driving the recruitment of high-quality candidates who align with our values and mission.
