We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Assistant to join our dynamic communications team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in communications, public relations, or marketing. As a Communications Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of various communication strategies that enhance our company’s brand presence and engagement with key audiences.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting, editing, and distributing press releases, newsletters, and other communications materials.
  • Support the management and content scheduling of the company’s social media platforms.
  • Coordinate and assist in the planning and execution of events, webinars, and internal meetings.
  • Monitor media coverage and compile reports on communication campaigns and public relations activities.
  • Maintain and update the contact database of media representatives and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and basic graphic design tools is a plus.
