Turning Point Action is a 501(c)(4) organization founded in 2019 by Charlie Kirk. The organization’s mission is to embolden the conservative base through grassroots activism and provide voters with the necessary resources to elect true conservative leaders. Turning Point Action has emerged as the country’s leading grassroots organization, giving individuals the opportunity and platform to run for office at the local level, providing voters with critical information surrounding their district’s candidates and elections, allowing them unparalleled access to some of the most impactful figures in the movement. The Turning Point Action Scorecard is the most comprehensive and transparent rating system in the conservative movement. Our team has worked across the conservative movement to identify every scorecard and the legislation they encompass and provide an accumulation of scoring from across the Republican spectrum. The goal of the scorecard is to hold elected officials accountable and inform all citizens about how their representatives are voting in office; this gives conservatives the power to vote smart and demand results.


ABOUT THE POSITION:

Turning Point Action is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to serve as Executive Reporting Manager, supporting the organization’s highest-level strategic objectives and operational initiatives. This high-visibility role is responsible for transforming complex field and political data into clear, concise, and strategic reports for senior leadership and key stakeholders.

The Executive Reporting Manager will serve as the bridge between multi-state political operations and executive briefings, compiling and synthesizing operational updates into weekly and monthly reports for strategic partners and major donors. This individual must remain current on key races, legislative developments, and election dynamics to ensure reporting reflects real-time political context with accuracy and clarity.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Compile and synthesize weekly and monthly reports from multiple departments
  • Audit internal systems and administrative portals to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Translate raw data into concise executive summaries and actionable insights
  • Coordinate with department leads to clarify reporting gaps and ensure alignment
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal leaders and external stakeholders
  • Support executive briefings with clear, structured reporting materials
  • Continuously improve reporting processes and elevate organizational standards

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1–3 years of experience in reporting, executive administration, data coordination, or a comparable analytical role
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce concise, professional summaries
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
  • Demonstrated confidentiality, professionalism and discretion
  • Strong alignment with the organization’s mission
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and a strong desire to learn

“WOW!” SKILLS:

  • Experience reporting directly to executive leadership or C-suite stakeholders
  • Background in data analytics or project management
  • Experience managing multi-departmental data streams in a rapid-growth environment
