MasterTech is on the search for Field Mechanics in Phoenix, AZ.
The successful Mechanic will be responsible for the maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of specialized heavy-duty equipment both in the shop and at large and exhilarating job sites. We are looking for a range of experience working on mining, earth moving, and drilling equipment.
Compensation:
- $30.00 - $70.00/hour based on experience.Â
- Relocation assistance and sign on bonuses available.
- 100% employer paid medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with life, and AD&D insurance.
- 401k retirement plan, matching up to 6%.
- $300.00 per month tool allowance.
- Per diem options, up to $150.00/day.
- Weekly pay.
Shift Schedule Options:
- 10 on 4 off
- 9 on 5 off
- 8 on 6 off
Key Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of experience working on heavy equipment (drilling, earth moving, construction, mining, agricultural, etc.)
- Excellent understanding of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Proficiency troubleshooting issues and using diagnostic software.
- Experience with welding and fabrication.
- Able to commit to overnight travel assignments when necessary.
- Valid driver's license with clean record. CDL, or able to obtain one.
- Full set of tools.
