Field Representative I, Fulfillment

Location: Phoenix, AZ | Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | Onsite

Are you customer-focused, dependable, and eager to learn? Ricoh is seeking a Field Representative I to support production print and mail operations at a long-term client site. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, working with technology, and providing excellent customer service.

What You'll Do

Operate production print, copying, and mail processing equipment
Sort, scan, distribute, and deliver mail throughout the client site
Drive a company vehicle to support mail and delivery operations
Complete print finishing, binding, and quality control tasks
Handle shipping and receiving activities
Respond to customer requests and provide exceptional service
Maintain equipment, supplies, and organized work areas
Support special projects and additional site services as needed

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED
Customer service experience and strong communication skills
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Ability to learn new equipment and processes
Team-oriented, professional, and dependable
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain active throughout the workday
