About the Role:

Closets By Design Arizona is looking for a reliable and skilled Forklift Operator to join our team in Phoenix, AZ! This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced warehouse environment where your work directly supports the delivery of beautiful, custom storage solutions to customers across the valley.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate forklift equipment to move, stack, and organize materials and inventory throughout the warehouse
unload delivery trucks and check off Materials being delivered
Maintain accurate inventory by properly staging and storing products in designated locations
Conduct pre-shift forklift inspections and report any equipment issues to management
Follow all warehouse safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company procedures
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
help out in shop when needed

Requirements:

Valid forklift certification or operator license required
1+ years of forklift operating experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience with inventory management or warehouse systems is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
