We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and safety-minded Fuel & Lube Technician to join our maintenance team in Sahuarita, AZ.
No previous Fuel & Lube or mechanical experience is required. If you have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and an interest in learning the fundamentals of heavy equipment maintenance, we will provide the training and support to help you succeed.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience being around heavy equipment, trucks, farming, construction, or other hands-on environments who wants to get their foot in the door, learn the trade, and build a long-term career.
Essential Responsibilities:
Fuel heavy equipment, trucks, and other company vehicles
Perform scheduled greasing and lubrication of heavy equipment
Check and top up engine oil, hydraulic fluid, coolant, and other fluids
Assist with oil changes, filter changes, and routine preventative maintenance
Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues or concerns
Identify leaks, damaged hoses, worn components, and other potential maintenance issues
Follow all company safety procedures and environmental requirements
Qualifications:
Strong work ethic and reliability, with the ability to show up ready to work
Team player with a safety-first mindset
Experience in mining, heavy civil, trucking, farming, construction, or other equipment-based environments is an asset, but not required
MSHA Part 48 certification preferred. We will provide if needed
Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
A strong commitment to workplace safety
The ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions
A valid driver's license
Work Conditions:
Rotating shifts, 10-12 hours per day
Overtime paid after 40 hours
Steady, site-based work with long-term opportunities
