Job DetailsJob Location: MSC Biltmore 1 - Phoenix, AZ 85016Salary Range: $17.00 - $17.00 HourlyMY SISTER'S CLOSET Located in Biltmore Fashion Square at Phoenix, AZ Is looking for a Full Time Sales Associate.   Position Summary The Sales Associate is the heart of the My Sister’s Closet customer experience. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a beautifully organized sales floor. The ideal candidate has a passion for women’s fashion, an eye for designer labels and current trends, and a genuine desire to help customers look and feel their best. Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Sales Greet customers warmly and provide an exceptional, personalized shopping experience Assist customers in finding items that fit their style, needs, and budget Drive sales by building rapport, offering styling suggestions, and sharing product knowledge Handle customer transactions accurately using the POS system Address customer questions, concerns, and returns in a professional and friendly manner Sales Floor & Merchandising Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor at all times Restock, rotate, and organize merchandise according to company merchandising standards Return dressing room items to the floor promptly and in the correct location Assist with tagging and distributing newly priced items to the floor as needed Operations & Store Support Support store leadership in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals Assist with opening and closing duties as directed Maintain product knowledge of current women’s fashion trends and designer labels Follow all company policies, procedures, and loss prevention guidelines Qualifications Retail or customer service experience preferred Passion for women’s fashion, designer labels, and current trends Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience with a computerized POS system preferred Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Availability to work weekend shift(s) required Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods of time Bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting at least 30+ pounds Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this role Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay based on experience (DOE), plus commissions and bonuses for eligible employees.
