Full-Time Security Field Supervisor (060101)
Supporting daily operations for current and future accounts; this role leads from the front. You will ensure site coverage, communication to both employees and clients in a clear and respectful manner as well as ensuring that APS maintains the highest standards of service delivery
Our ideal candidate is someone who is observant, composed under pressure, professional, has unwavering integrity, and self-discipline while possessing strong written and verbal communication skills. Previous and proven experience in Security Supervision is necessary to ensure that both our employees and clients get immediate assistance and the care they deserve.
Essential Functions and Responsibility
- Conduct regular daily visits to assigned locations to monitor performance, address operational issues, adjust staffing, and ensure compliance with company standards and company needs.
- Oversee post inspections to ensure professional image, proper uniform attire, cleanliness, and site requirements have been completed.
- Train new employees on post responsibilities, emergency responses, and client-specific needs. Annotating training follow-ups as needed.
- Respond to call-offs during the shift by securing replacements or standing post as needed.
- Addressing personnel concerns such as payroll issues or employee relations complaints, escalating to HR as necessary.
- Administer disciplinary actions as directed by Corporate HR Management.
- Respond to client or site emergencies and maintain clear communication with management and clients.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of three (3) years of professional security experience.
- Must be able to perform all functions of the job with, or without, reasonable accommodations.
- Must be able to carry out instructions furnished in English written or oral form as well as speak and comprehend English without translation.
- Must be neat, well-groomed and present a professional experience.
- Able to meet any special qualifications set forth in post orders or other relevant protocols and directives.
- Must be at least 26 years of age and have a valid driver license to be added to companies’ insurance.
- MVR must show no major violations in the last 36 months.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an Arizona Guard Card with Armed Endorsement
- Ability to stand and walk up to 8-hours, lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation conversations begin at $25.00/ hourly.
