Coulter Cadillac Buick GMC is seeking experienced GM Mainline Technicians to join our growing service team in Phoenix, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs efficiently and accurately according to repair orders and GM factory standards
  

• Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, HVAC, and drivetrain systems
  

• Utilize GM diagnostic equipment and special service tools
  

• Perform warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications
  

• Test-drive vehicles and verify repairs
  

• Accurately document inspection findings and repair recommendations
  

• Communicate with Service Advisors regarding additional repair needs and estimated completion times
  

• Maintain productivity while delivering high-quality workmanship
  

• Follow all dealership safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of GM dealership technician experience required
  

• Current GM Certifications preferred
  

• ASE Certifications required
  

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
  

• Experience performing warranty and customer-pay repairs
  

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment
  

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
  

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
  

Schedule

• Full-Time
  

• Monday–Friday
  

• 8-hour shifts
  

• Occasional Saturdays as business needs require
