What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair vehicles according to GM factory standards
  

• Perform engine, transmission, electrical, drivetrain, HVAC, steering, suspension, and brake repairs
  

• Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical concerns
  

• Utilize GM diagnostic equipment, service information, and special service tools
  

• Perform warranty and customer-pay repairs accurately and efficiently
  

• Complete multi-point inspections and identify additional repair needs
  

• Test-drive vehicles and verify completed repairs
  

• Maintain accurate documentation on repair orders
  

• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding vehicle concerns and repair status
  

• Maintain productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced service environment
  

• Follow all dealership safety procedures and GM manufacturer guidelines
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of GM dealership technician experience required
  

• Current GM certifications strongly preferred
  

• ASE certifications required
  

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  

• Experience with both warranty and customer-pay repairs
  

• Ability to diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems
  

• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume dealership environment
  

• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
  

• Professional communication and teamwork skills
  

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
