About the Role:

Join ROBERTS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY as a Housekeeper and play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our construction sites and office spaces. We are looking for dedicated individuals who take pride in their work and contribute to our commitment to excellence in construction.

Responsibilities:

Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of construction sites and office areas.
Ensure all areas are stocked with necessary supplies and materials.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address cleanliness issues.
Dispose of waste and hazardous materials in compliance with safety regulations.
Assist with organizing tools and equipment to maintain an orderly workspace.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor promptly.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and safety.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a housekeeper or in a similar cleaning role.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
Excellent time management skills and reliability.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Valid driver's license may be required.
Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
