Job Summary
The F/ACT Housing Specialist works with a multidisciplinary team to implement the permanent supportive housing model with members assigned to their respective F/ACT team. The F/ACT Housing Specialist is expected to work with community supportive housing agencies on temporary and permanent housing opportunities for their clients. The F/ACT Housing Specialist will provide in field support to clients and work with landlords to ensure ongoing safety to the client as well as the appropriateness of the placement
Skills/Requirements:
- Â Highschool Diploma or GED required. Associates Degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in behavioral health working in multiple settings and levels of care, including both mental health and substance abuse preferred.
- Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.
-  Current AZ Driver’s License in good standing.
- Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record.
- Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) in accordance with A.A.C. R9-10-101.33 and CBI Clinical Policies and Procedures.
- Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
- SOAR certification preferred.
- Certified to complete the Vulnerability Index Service Prioritization Decision Assistance Tool (VI-SPDAT) preferred.
