What You’ll Do:

• Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance on HVAC systems for residential and light commercial clients
• Troubleshoot HVAC issues and provide expert solutions to ensure client satisfaction
• Work directly with management to develop best practices and set quality standards as the team grows
• Collaborate with other service departments to deliver exceptional customer service

Requirements

•  Minimum of 5 years of HVAC experience preferred
• Current EPA certification (required)
• Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to contribute to a developing team
• Willingness to adapt and help establish standards and procedures in a new division
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
