ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration equipment, including:Â
- Walk-in coolers and freezers
- Reach-in coolers and freezers
- Ice machines
- Refrigerated display cases
- Prep tables and specialty refrigeration equipment
- Service and maintain low-temperature refrigeration systems.
- Perform refrigeration leak detection, refrigerant recovery, charging, and repairs.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system issues.
- Service commercial HVAC equipment including rooftop units, split systems, heat pumps, and package units.
- Perform preventive maintenance and identify potential equipment failures before they occur.
- Accurately complete service reports, work orders, and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding findings, recommendations, and repair options.
- Maintain a safe work environment and comply with all company and OSHA safety requirements.
- Participate in an on-call rotation as needed.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of commercial refrigeration service experience.
- Strong experience with low-temperature refrigeration systems.
- EPA Universal Certification.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Experience troubleshooting electrical controls and refrigeration circuits.
- Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in the field.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Commercial HVAC service experience.
- Knowledge of EMS, controls, and building automation systems.
- Experience with rack systems and advanced refrigeration controls.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
- Factory certifications from major manufacturers.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Ability to work on rooftops, ladders, and in mechanical rooms.
- Ability to work in outdoor Arizona conditions and refrigerated environments.
- Ability to bend, kneel, climb, and perform physically demanding work throughout the day.
