Along with great benefits, continuous training, and a welcoming environment, we offer the opportunity for you to grow in your career with Terros Health.     Seeking an Independently Licensed Clinical Coordinator to lead our interdisciplinary clinical team working with the Children's Department 27th Ave clinic.        Location: 3864 N 27th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85017 Schedule: Full-Time, Employed     Bilingual in Spanish is a plus (Additional Language Differential Pay Available) Full Benefits Package, including 401K     The Children’s Licensed Clinical Coordinator position oversees the clinical quality and care of patients served within the Children’s Outpatient and Café programming. This position is responsible for the hiring, training and mentoring of Children’s Case Managers and Peer Support Specialists on the team. Oversee the areas of clinical services and activities including performance review, patient relations, patient’s safety, regulatory compliance, and service excellence. The Licensed Clinical Coordinator provides clinical and administrative supervision, clinical oversight, training and mentoring for unlicensed workforce members. The position supervises clinical activities ensuring clinical programming supports Terros Health’s whole person whole health philosophy, the CFT model, and is in accordance with state and federal regulations and meets licensure/accreditation standards. Collaborates with internal and external service providers, including medical providers, to assure care support for patient needs. Works in alignment with the Children’s Clinical Manager and under the direct supervision of the Children’s Director Duties: Demonstrates Terros Health’s core values, structure, and culture to employees and instills the greater vision of the company on others. Incorporates ethical standards and practices as the basis of all interactions with teams, individuals, and patients. Serves as a subject matter expert (SME) regarding evidence-based practices applicable to the provision of Children’s case management and peer support services. Interviews, hires, and trains employees to ensure department objectives are met with low turnover and high retention rates. Effectively manages and plans department workflow and staffing to meet deliverables and achieve critical business results. Manages staff performance through effective, regular and timely feedback, including regular one-on-one meetings and timely completion of performance reviews, holding employees accountable for meeting deliverables and following company policies and procedures. Monitors and evaluates assigned staff members through clinical oversight and chart reviews; uses data and analytics to ensure excellence in care. Monitors staff productivity to ensure metric is met by all direct reports according to Policy 5301 Productivity and Metrics Requirements. Interpersonal skills which allow for professional and positive relationships with co-workers, members, families, and other community members. Strong clinical skills, including crisis de-escalation preferred. Good communication skills, evidenced by a non-judgmental approach, effective listening, and positive interactions. Thorough understanding of clinical documentation requirements and procedures. DSM-V competency. Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Electronic health record, NextGen preferred Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or apply for an Arizona fingerprint clearance card (Level 1) within 7 working days of assuming role. Must have valid Arizona driver’s license, be 21 years of age with minimum 3 years driving experience, and meet requirements of Terros Health’s driving policy Must pass a TB Test.
