Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician with a strong background in automation and PLC systems to support operations in a fast-paced packing and shipping facility. This role is critical to maintaining equipment uptime, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems and automated equipment
- Diagnose and resolve issues with PLCs, VFDs, sensors, and control systems
- Assist with installation and modification of automation systems
- Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and control drawings
- Work closely with operations and maintenance teams
- Follow all safety standards and facility protocols
Requirements
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as an Industrial Electrician
- Experience in manufacturing, food processing, or warehouse environments preferred
- Hands-on experience with PLC-controlled systems (Allen Bradley, Siemens, etc.)
- Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical and control systems
- Knowledge of lockout/tagout and safety procedures
- Ability to work independently and respond to urgent issues
- High Voltage 3 Phase experience
Preferred:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
