About the Role:Â
We are seeking driven Inside Sales Associates to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll engage with businesses and professionals across a variety of industries, introduce them to BuzzTechMedia’s digital solutions, and guide them toward the services that best fit their operational needs. You’ll play an essential part in driving company growth by nurturing relationships, managing inbound and outbound leads, and converting qualified prospects into long-term clients.Â
Key Responsibilities:Â
Identify and contact potential clients through outbound outreach, inbound follow-ups, and networkingÂ
Present our services clearly and confidently to prospective customersÂ
Assess client needs and recommend tailored service solutionsÂ
Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, and deals in CRM toolsÂ
Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and an exceptional client experienceÂ
What We’re Looking For:Â
Experience in sales or account management is preferred but not requiredÂ
Strong communication and presentation skillsÂ
Highly organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivatedÂ
Ability to manage a fast-paced inside sales pipeline and multiple prioritiesÂ
