Description

Help Us Build Our Arizona Practice

What if your next opportunity wasn't just another job?

Cohen Law Group is expanding its Arizona practice and looking for an Arizona-licensed attorney who is excited about the opportunity to help shape and grow our presence in the state.

We're looking for a strong litigator who wants autonomy, meaningful case ownership, client interaction, and the opportunity to directly influence their earning potential.

Compensation

$50,000 base salary + uncapped commission + quarterly bonuses

  • 20% commission on collected attorney fees from firm-generated cases
  • 30% commission on collected attorney fees from self-generated cases
  • Quarterly performance bonuses
  • No cap on commissions
  • Significant earning potential for high performers

A productive attorney can have the opportunity to earn $150,000–$250,000+, with greater upside for exceptional production.

What You'll Do

You'll take ownership of first-party insurance litigation matters from intake through resolution, including:

  • Managing your own caseload
  • Developing case strategy
  • Depositions, hearings and mediations
  • Drafting pleadings, motions and discovery
  • Negotiating settlements
  • Advocating for policyholders
  • Building client and referral relationships
  • Working with a strong team of attorneys and support professionals

Who We're Looking For

We're interested in attorneys who are:

  • Licensed and in good standing in Arizona
  • Strong litigators and communicators
  • Comfortable managing cases independently
  • Client-focused and responsive
  • Motivated by growth and results
  • Interested in building a practice—not just taking a job

Insurance experience is a plus, but not required. First-party property, insurance defense, coverage, bad faith, civil litigation, construction or trial experience are all valuable.

Why Cohen Law Group?

We're building our Arizona practice, and the attorney who joins us will have an opportunity to help shape it.

You'll have the resources, technology, systems and support of an established litigation firm while still having the autonomy and earning potential of an entrepreneurial role.

And if you're currently working in insurance defense, we'd especially love to talk with you. Your knowledge of how carriers operate could be incredibly valuable on the policyholder side.
