We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Analyst to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills to provide exceptional IT support to our staff and patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to staff and patients for all IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment
- Monitor and maintain network and server infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Train staff on new hardware and software systems as needed
- Collaborate with IT team members to identify and implement process improvements
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, hardware, and software
- Experience with network and server administration
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with healthcare IT systems is a plus
