Master Electronics is looking for a hands on IT Systems Administrator who loves digging in and making things run better. You’ll work closely with our teams to keep our systems secure, stable, and ready to scale as we grow.

Pay Range: $90,000 - $105,000 Annual Salary


What you will do?

  • Keep Active Directory healthy, secure, and running smoothly day to day
  • Support AWS environments alongside Cloud Ops with a strong focus on security and stability
  • Use NinjaOne for endpoint management, monitoring, patching, and fast remote support
  • Manage core Windows Server services to ensure uptime, performance, and reliability
  • Maintain Linux servers with a steady hand on updates, security, and troubleshooting
  • Own and continuously improve backup and disaster recovery so recovery is always ready
  • Administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID with secure integration to internal directory services
  • Leverage AWS Systems Manager for comprehensive cloud infrastructure inventory visibility, advanced automation, and enterprise-grade centralized server management
  • Build and refine scripts and automation that cut manual work and boost consistency
  • Collaborate strategically across teams to architect transformative operational improvements and establish industry-leading best practices
  • Strengthen security through smart configurations, patching, identity and access controls, and clean documentation
  • Participate in security reviews, remediation efforts, and continuous improvement work
  • Help ensure systems and processes align with compliance requirements and cybersecurity standards

What you bring to the table!

  • 5+ years of professional IT systems administration experience
  • Proven expertise in Windows Server and Linux administration, demonstrating advanced troubleshooting and optimization skills in complex production environments
  • Active Directory administration (GPOs, user/group management)
  • Proven AWS cloud operations support with hands-on experience in multi-tenant cloud infrastructure management
  • Endpoint management experience (NinjaOne preferred)
