We are currently looking for a Junior Sales Estimating Representative for our office in Phoenix, Arizona.
Â
This position will be responsible for:Â
- Active sales & customer-developmentÂ
- Quote jobs for General Contractors by reviewing drawings, specifications, and project requirement to ensure complete and competitive bids
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects
- Source products from various suppliers to obtain competitive material costÂ
- Follow up with customers on quotes and to negotiate contractsÂ
- Call customers to conduct pre-bid calls, clarify project scopes and get on bidders lists
- Ability to balance time between estimating work and customer outreach
