Position Overview:

PAK Foods is seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Coach  to oversee operations across multiple locations in West Texas. The right candidate will be an effective leader, strategic thinker, and hands-on problem solver with a proven track record of multi-unit management success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operations of 5–10 locations to ensure execution of brand standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Train, coach, and mentor General Managers and Assistant Managers.
  • Drive performance goals for sales, profitability, labor, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and maintenance standards.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on business strategy and operational improvements.
  • Monitor and analyze store performance data to identify areas for growth and improvement.
  • Lead by example and foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and teamwork.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of multi-unit management experience, preferably in QSR, restaurant, or retail environments.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently throughout the West Texas region.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Results-oriented with a passion for developing teams and driving success.

Preferred Skills:

  • Background in franchise or food service operations.
  • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish a plus.
  • Experience with inventory, scheduling, and P&L management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS systems, and operational reporting tools.
