Large Format, Execution Specialist

Position Summary:

This position currently resides out of the Chandler branch. Total Wine Sales Assistants work closely with our Total Wine partners to ensure that the retail stores are rotated, stocked and maintained. This person is responsible for stocking shelves, rotating and maintaining proper sell through flow, ensuring current POCM is in place, supporting delivery as needed, keying in P.O orders for Bevmo accounts, completing all ABI EDGE surveys at the required cadence, checking and maintaining code dates in each account. 

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

• Work with Total Wine Leadership and Ops team to service accounts; greet customers, refill/rebuild backstock, shelves and displays; prefill and build displays for all programming set-up
• Stock and rotate cold shelf/cooler with products from display inventory or from the retailer's backroom
• Fill shelves and displays with products in a manner that is organized and neat
• Support displays with themed POCM to enhance sales opportunity
• Work efficiently with all tasks and obligations assigned by the Total Wine Team Leader
• Identify incremental display space for Hensley products, sell in the opportunity to store managers and execute
• Reports to the Total Wine Team Leader and will be responsible for recapping daily activities
• Utilize iPad to key in Bevmo purchase orders on a weekly basis and ensure code dates are maintained and current. 
• Complete all Hensley & AB surveys
• Follow safety protocol and training while always maintaining safety measures
• Check and monitor Hensley Beverage and competitive shelf and display pricing
• Perform all other duties as assigned 
• Communicate regularly with Total Wone Team Lead 

 Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age or older
• Good communication skills and cheerful disposition
• Must have reliable transportation, we will provide vehicle allowance
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Auto insurance coverage (must have minimum coverage in the amount of $25,000 per person/$50,000 per accident and a minimum of $25,000 in property damage) 
• Must provide us with a copy of the declaration page of your auto insurance prior to employment
• Frequently required to lift to fifty (50) pounds 
• Be able to climb a ladder daily 
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Must have a cell phone with data capability, we will provide cell phone allowance
• Previous beverage industry/merchandiser experience helpful, but not necessary
• Ability to successfully clear background check, drug test and/or physical
