About Verde

Founded in 2019 and proudly minority-owned, Verde Clean delivers eco-friendly facility services with a strong focus on sustainability, safety, and social impact. From schools to offices, we help people across the U.S. live and work in healthier environments - and we give back through paid volunteer time and community engagement.

SCHEDULE: Sunday to Thursday, 6pm to 2:30am

PAY: $19 per hour

What You'll Do

As a Lead Custodian, you'll ensure that facilities are clean, safe, and welcoming for all.

Daily Cleaning: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect floors, surfaces, restrooms, and more.
Restock & Refill: Keep restrooms and supply areas stocked with paper goods, soap, and sanitizers.
Monitor Safety: Identify and report hazards to ensure a secure environment.
Support the Team: Assist coworkers and interact professionally with staff and visitors.

What We're Looking For

Experience: 1+ year in janitorial or custodial work preferred. Leadership experience a plus.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills: Know your way around cleaning tools and safety procedures. Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player.
Physical Requirements: Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs.
