To be responsible, under the supervision of the Community Manager or Leasing Manager, for marketing, leasing, and pre-leasing of apartment homes. Coordinate move-in information forms and resolve resident issues/concerns, as necessary.
Minimum Education and/or Experience:
- 2 Years Prior lease up experience preferred.
- High School graduate or general education degree (GED); one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Â

Required Certificates/Licenses:
- Valid AZ driver’s license.
- Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP) highly preferred
- National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) certification preferred.
