What You’ll Take Ownership Of

You’re the go-to expert on site—the one who makes sure everything works, looks right, and gets done on time.

Lead and work alongside your maintenance team to complete service requests and unit turns efficiently
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and general building systems
Keep the community safe, clean, and fully operational every day
Manage make-ready inventory to keep leasing on track
Coordinate vendors, control costs, and stay on budget
Set the standard for quality, speed, and professionalism

This is a working supervisor role—you’ll be in the field with your team leading the way.

Skills/Experience for the Role

2–3+ years of apartment maintenance experience (including work orders and unit turns)
EPA Universal Certification (required)
Strong skills across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances
Ability to lead by example and hold a team accountable
Organized, reliable, and solutions-driven mindset
Someone who takes pride in their work and their community
