Who We Are

Located in Metro Phoenix, Biltmore Properties has been providing affordable property management services since 1976. With a great reputation and culture, Biltmore is looking to add an administrative assistant to our team to help support regional managers and the main office.

What You’ll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day repair needs that keep our communities clean, orderly, and safe. This role exists to ensure apartments, buildings, and common areas stay in good working condition and residents’ concerns are addressed promptly.

Key responsibilities include completing general repair tasks (floor repairs, painting, basic plumbing, minor electrical, carpentry), appliance replacement, refurbishing/cleaning, and coordinating priorities with the Site Manager to move work orders forward.

Required qualifications/skills:
- At least 1 year of experience as a maintenance technician and/or janitorial
- Hands-on experience with general building maintenance and minor repairs (painting, refurbishing, cleaning, carpentry, minor electrical/plumbing)
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Willingness to learn and work as a team player

If you take pride in solving problems and finishing work the right way, apply today.

A Typical Day

You’ll start by reviewing the latest work orders and checking in with the Site Manager on what needs attention first. From there, your day may shift between a quick touch-up in a unit, a small fix in a common area, and keeping an eye on overall property condition. You’ll document what you completed, note any parts/tools needed for the next step, and keep safety top of mind while you work. By the end of the day, you’ll have visible progress you can point to—and a clear plan for what’s next.

Your Benefits

We offer a solid benefits package designed to support you on and off the job: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, and Paid Time Off.
