Job Summary and Responsibilities

The Marketing Coordinator supports Barrow Neurological Foundation’s marketing strategies to drive donor engagement, acquisition, and retention through executing tactical marketing initiatives which align with organizational goals. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this position collaborates with cross-functional teams (Content, Communications, Stewardship, Philanthropy) to provide comprehensive support for day-to-day marketing and stewardship activities, data aggregation and reporting, internal/external communications, event planning/execution, and digital marketing (web, social, email) efforts.

  • Develop and deploy e-newsletters, website copy, and social media content using tools like Sprinklr, Canva, Facebook Business Manager, and Adobe Suite.
  • Assist in the drafting, editing, and/or proofreading of copy for various purposes (e.g., emails, one-sheets, letters, invitations, brochures, advertisements, donor relations, etc.).
  • Support the Marketing Manager with day-to-day tasks, project management, proposal development, and reporting.
  • Assist with paid digital advertising (Facebook, Instagram & Google), SEO, and other digital initiatives.
  • Coordinate CRM support for promotions and events; registration, payment, and information-gathering processes and tools.
  • Assist with and reports on key performance metrics for marketing and communications activities. 

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Arts or some college and 1-2 years of related experience
