Compensation: $20-30 hourly
Schedule: Early morning start times. Schedules may vary by project, but most positions follow either a four‑day, 10‑hour schedule or a standard Monday–Friday, 8‑hour workweek.
- Full-time role with a consistent year-round schedule.Â
- This role includes paid on-call rotation, compensated travel, and occasional weekends.
- Weekend work may qualify for overtime, or employees can choose a flex option to maintain standard full‑time hours when appointments allow.

Responsibilities:Â
- Conduct field testing to confirm meter accuracy and system performance
- Install, calibrate and troubleshoot small water meters to ensure accuracyÂ
- Maintain accurate documentation, including test results, work orders, and inspection records
- Travel all over the greater metro valley as needed
Qualifications:Â Â
- Valid driver’s license Â
- Willingness to learn — experience is not required
- Demonstrates mechanical proficiency, precision in completing tasks, and a dedication to safe work practices Â
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to follow detailed technical guidanceÂ
- Prepared to operate in confined spaces, following completion of employer‑provided training and certificationÂ

Location: This is a field-based position, covering the Greater Phoenix Valley and surrounding areas.
