Mobile QA Automation Engineer / SDET

Atlanta, GA / New York, NY / Phoenix, AZ - Day 1 Onsite

We are looking for a strong QA Automation Engineer / SDET to support testing efforts for enterprise payment and digital products.

This role will focus on building and maintaining automated test frameworks, validating APIs and UI functionality, and ensuring high-quality releases across mobile and backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute test plans, test cases, and automation scripts.
Perform API, UI, regression, and end-to-end testing.
Build and enhance automation frameworks for web and mobile applications.
Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
Work closely with developers, product managers, and business teams.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Monitor quality metrics and prepare test reports.
Support UAT and production release validation.
Use AI-assisted tools to improve test creation and reporting where applicable.

Required Skills

7+ years of QA Automation or SDET experience.
Strong experience with Appium, Selenium, or similar automation tools.
Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman or Rest Assured.
Programming experience in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with defect tracking and test management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Payments, banking, or financial services experience.
Mobile application testing experience (Android/iOS).
Accessibility and performance testing experience.
Familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools.
ISTQB or other testing certifications.
