Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our NICU, you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery. Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. You'll collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes. Our Exceptional Environment:Â As a national Newborn Individualized Developmental Care and Assessment Program (NIDCAP) training center, St. Joseph's offers a unique environment. Our commitment to individualized attention ensures optimal care with dedicated nurse-to-patient ratios (1:1, 1:2, or 1:3 based on acuity).

Job Requirements
Required
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Registered Nurse: AZ
- American Heart Association Basic Life SupportÂ
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program, within 6 - monthsÂ
Preferred
- Bachelors Other Science Nursing
- One year recent acute careexperience
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support
