We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. The Office Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support to various departments. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 


Responsibilities

  • Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner
  • Managing and organizing office files and records
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies inventory
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations

Qualifications

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary is a plus
  • Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
