Are you an organized, compassionate administrative professional looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families? The Childhelp Children’s Center is seeking a dedicated Administrative Coordinator to keep our center running smoothly, warmly welcome visiting families, and provide essential support to our leadership team and partners.  What You’ll Do: As the heart of our front office, you will blend administrative expertise with trauma-informed care to support our mission every day. Key responsibilities include: Front Desk & Operations: Warmly greet visitors, answer and route multi-line phone calls, manage office supplies/equipment, and process subpoenas, record requests, and donations. Leadership & Team Support: Provide direct administrative support to the Director and Program/Operations Manager, assist with employee onboarding, and coordinate logistics for meetings, trainings, and staff engagement. Child & Family Support: Maintain a clean, welcoming, trauma-informed lobby, educate caregivers on center amenities, and assist Child Advocates in the Playroom/Teen Lounge (monitoring safety, preparing meals, and facilitating activities). Multidisciplinary Coordination: Communicate with local police jurisdictions regarding emergency cases, track building safety/licensure logs, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.   QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For: Education & Experience: High School Diploma/GED and at least 1 year of office assistant or receptionist experience in a high-volume setting. Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish is required. Core Competencies: Exceptional phone etiquette, strong customer service and organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a compassionate, trauma-informed mindset. Technical Proficiency: Fluent in Windows, MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel), and multi-line phone systems.
