Broadridge is growing! We are seeking an Operations Associate to join our team. In this role you will provide operational and transactional business process support for clients, ensuring quality service and operational performance in alignment with client needs and contractual requirements. Supports routine back-office activities such as data entry, order and application processing, document verification, accounting support, and mailing preparation. Applies functional knowledge and established procedures to complete high-volume, transaction-oriented work accurately and efficiently. Solves straightforward problems using standard processes and may provide informal guidance to new team members.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational and transactional business process support for clients

  • Perform routine back-office tasks including data entry, order processing, application processing, and document verification

  • Support accounting-related activities and prepare outgoing mailings

  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and timeliness of work in accordance with client requirements and service standards

  • Process high-volume transactions efficiently while following established procedures and guidelines

  • Identify and resolve straightforward issues using standard practices and judgment

  • Build knowledge of company processes, systems, and customer requirements

  • Communicate information clearly with team members and stakeholders

  • Provide informal guidance to new team members as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent working experience

  • Experience in business process operations, back-office support, shared services, or a related field preferred

  • Knowledge of procedures and concepts within own discipline

  • Basic understanding of related business functions

  • Ability to solve straightforward problems using standard procedures

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to manage high-volume, transaction-based work

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work within established guidelines, policies, and procedures

Salary range $50,000.00- $60,000.00. Bonus Eligible.
