Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Payment Card Operations Analyst, you will be a critical contributor to the Treasury Payment Card Team, directly supporting both complex project initiatives and essential daily operations. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring the stability, compliance, and timely delivery of our payment card objectives.Every day, you will focus on supporting day-to-day responsibilities and project coordination tasks. This involves assisting with enterprise-wide operational needs such as merchant account management, device provisioning, compliance audits, and market support, as well as contributing to complex projects like Epic Gold implementations, PCI device replacements, Post RFP transitions, and payment vendor migrations. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing complex operational and project-related tasks.- The Payment Card Analyst will work closely with the Treasury Payment Card Team, particularly supporting the two Senior Analysts, and will be responsible for:
- Processing new merchant account requests and provisioning POS devices.
- Maintaining device inventory, shipment coordination, and tracking across markets.
- Performing user access provisioning, quarterly audits, and compliance checks.
- Supporting system-wide PCI and internal control initiatives.
- Assisting in training, documentation, and standard operating procedures.
