- Prepare and issue monthly invoicesÂ
- Maintain organized and accurate billing recordsÂ

- Maintain clean, accurate financial records
- Partner with internal teams to keep financial processes running smoothlyÂ
- 3+ years of experience in payroll, accounting, or bookkeepingÂ
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, including quarter-end and year-end requirementsÂ
- Experience with commissions or variable compensation is a plusÂ
- Familiarity with accounting principles and financial systemsÂ
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracyÂ
- Strong organization and time management skillsÂ
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretionÂ
- Clear communication and a service-oriented mindsetÂ
