About the Role: SunSoft Online is seeking an experienced IT Procurement Analyst for a contract to hire opportunity with an Arizona State Agency in Phoenix.

Required:

Minimum 3 years of IT software procurement experience
IT Asset Lifecycle and Licensing knowledge (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS)
Strategic negotiation experience including SLAs, contracts and renewals
RFP/RFQ development experience
Local Phoenix AZ only, city and state must be on resume
No visa sponsorship, must be eligible for FTE conversion
Available for in-person interview within 1 week

Preferred:

ISO-9902 Cloud Procurement Framework knowledge
TCO and ROI analysis experience
Technical project management background
