Position SummaryÂ
As a Project Administrator at DLR Group, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our projects during the construction phase. You will ensure the smooth execution of standard documentation workflows, organization, and communication tasks essential for the effective functioning of our project teams. Â
What you will do:Â Â
- Confirm and manage design & construction phase contractual responsibilitiesÂ
- Coordinate with the design & construction phase team, including workflows, meetings, and communicationÂ
- Coordinate contracts and specifications as required in conjunction with design and construction teams
- Develop and maintain relationships with key team members and serve as the primary point of contact for documentation and workflowsÂ
- Establish and maintain tracking and logging for construction documentation workflowsÂ
- Manage pay applications, ensuring compliance with DLR Group’s risk management standards and processing approvalsÂ
- Handle submittals, RFIs, and cost documentation, ensuring timely and accurate processingÂ
- Assist with field reports, punch lists, and closeout proceduresÂ
Required Qualifications:Â
- High School Diploma or equivalentÂ
- Knowledge of A/E construction phase processes and contractual responsibilitiesÂ
- Proficiency in task organization, completion tracking, and prioritizationÂ
- Excellent written and spoken communication skillsÂ
Preferred Qualifications:Â
- Experience with Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointÂ
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Vantagepoint, Newforma, Procore, and AIA Contract Document softwareÂ
