About the Role

C&S Companies is seeking a motivated and production-driven Project Designer to join our Southwest Facilities practice. This is a hands-on production role for a designer who takes pride in delivering high-quality construction documents and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will work directly alongside a Senior Architect, contributing to a wide range of facilities projects including new construction, renovations, and building rehabilitations for public and private clients.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and produce architectural drawings and construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD, from schematic design through construction administration
  • Work closely with a Senior Architect to translate design intent into complete, coordinated, and code-compliant contract documents
  • Coordinate drawing sets across disciplines, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing
  • Assist with building code research, accessibility compliance (ADA/ANSI 117.1), and life safety requirements
  • Participate in project meetings, site visits, and construction administration support as needed
  • Contribute to BIM model development and maintain drawing standards and quality throughout all project phases
  • Support multiple concurrent projects under the direction of senior staff, managing your time and deliverables to meet project schedules and budgets

What You Bring

  • Around 5 years of experience in architectural production and design, preferably in a multi-disciplined AEC firm
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; experience with Navisworks or similar coordination tools is a plus
  • Solid understanding of construction documents, building systems, and project delivery processes
  • Familiarity with building codes, ADA requirements, and standard specifications
  • A detail-oriented, production-focused mindset with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate clearly with project leads and consultants
  • A professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) or a related design field is required
  • Licensure is not required for this position
