QUALITY CONTROL TECHNICIAN TRAINEE - Injection Molding

We are seeking a Quality Control Technician Trainee to join our team.

Responsibilities in training will include the following:

• Completing start-ups and document’s part specifications. 
• Services as a liaison for production floor staff regarding acceptable parts.
• Verifying part revisions and correct materials.
• Creating labels and updating production documents.
• Audits paperwork for quality criteria
• Complete receiving inspection and layouts.
• Verifying PD Book's Labels & Material are correct for Start-Up's
• Training on Micrometer's & Calipers
• Training on setting up scales
• Support the production floor
• Making sure all test equipment is functioning properly
• Training on end of shift notes in computer .

Experience:

• Must have good attendance
• 1 yr as a Press Operator
