Job Overview

The Quotation Specialist plays a critical role in supporting sales, procurement, and project execution by preparing accurate and competitive quotations for project, services, or turnkey solutions. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure that all quotes align with customer requirements, company profitability goals, and operational capabilities. Working closely with engineering, supply chain, and customer-facing teams, the Quotation Specialist interprets technical specifications, gathers cost data, and formulates pricing strategies. The role demands a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple quotation requests under tight deadlines.

General Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate quotations based on RFQs, BOMs, and technical drawings.

• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to collect pricing and lead time data.

• Ensure quotes meet company policies, margin goals, and contract terms.

• Maintain records and assist with post-quote follow-ups.

• Align with sales and project teams to refine scope and pricing.

• Maintain project progress on ERP system.

Qualification: Education & Related Experience: Accredited training for at least 2 years.

Must Have: 

• Experienced with MEP field at least 1 year.

Work Environment

This is a full-time onsite role supporting semiconductor and high-tech construction projects. Work may include office-based material planning, warehouse coordination, inventory tracking, receiving support, supplier communication, shipment follow-up, project meetings, and field material-readiness activities.

The Material Planner must be comfortable working in warehouse, construction, industrial, cleanroom, and project-support environments. The position requires the ability to manage changing material priorities, respond to time-sensitive delivery issues, maintain accurate documentation, and coordinate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
