Real Estate Manager will perform the day-to-day administration and management of the corporate real estate portfolio. This position will work closely with the rest of the Facility Management Department teams.

What You'll Do

•    Administers accounting controls on monthly commencement and expiration of applicable lease transactions, including confirmation of lease commencement and recurring billing charges.
•    Prepares lease and property use agreements, renewals, amendments, assignments, terminations, subleases, Letters of Intent, addendums and other real estate related documents.
•    Reviews and approves check requests, invoices, taxes, insurances, warranties, and common area maintenance reconciliations.
•    Communicate with operation leaders and other departments regarding new long-term leases, renewals, projects, security deposits, expansions, relocations, and expirations.
•    Maintains integrity of the lease database and coordinates all aspects of the lease administration process.
•    Assists in creating and communicating reports as requested by internal departments and answering questions on lease management, reporting, sustainability and accounting.
•    Communicates with landlords and landlord management companies effectively and efficiently to ensure that our rights as tenants are being acknowledge and protected.
•    Travel as necessary
•    Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

What You'll Have

•    Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
•    5+ years of experience in Lease Administration, Real Estate, Real Estate Law, Property Management or related field.  
•    Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities as needed

Work Environment

•    Work is performed in a typical indoor office environment
•    Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late, when necessary, with little or no notice
•    Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing
•    Mobility required within an office, warehouse and construction site environments
•    Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
