Seeking a qualified applicant for a Resident Service Coordinator for a 127-unit senior affordable apartment community in south Phoenix, Arizona. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve assisting residents with various social service needs, coordinating resident educational events, and collaborating with local organizations and agencies to provide needed supportive services to the residents. This position will require excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, the ability to problem-solve efficiently and a strong work ethic. You will work a consistent full-time schedule Monday through Friday, ensuring a healthy work-life balance while making a positive impact in the community.
